REGISTRATION INFO

Registration Fee

A $50.00 deposit is needed to reserve spots. The deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please note registration prices are the same for teens and adults. 

Registration before March 15: $205.00

Registration after April 1: $240.00

To guarantee these prices, your deposit and registration must be postmarked no later than the dates listed above. Your registration fee includes all meals, lodging, programs, One Week staff, t-shirts, supplies, construction materials, and administration expenses. The cost for any spending money or extra activities is not included in the cost

Registration fees are determined by the date postmarked on your envelope.  For example, if we receive deposits for 15 participants on 3/1, their registration fee will be $205.00.  If we receive deposits for 10 additional campers on 4/16, their registration fee for camp will increase to $240.00

Registration is on a first come, first serve basis. We cannot guarantee any spots without a $75.00 deposit. Registration for each week will continue until that week is full. When a specific site is full you can request to be placed on a waiting list, or select an alternative site.  When space is made available because of cancellations, people on the waiting list will be contacted.

Payments are made as follows:

  1. Initial deposit – $50 per person (non-refundable)
  2. 50% of balance is due by April 1 (non-refundable)
  3. Balance is due by May 1 (all reserved spots will be charged, if cancelation is not received prior to cancelation deadline)

Cancelation

All spots reserved on April 1st are final; we do not allow cancelations after that date (however individuals can substitute within their parish).

Policy for Deposits and Refunds

  • Please only reserve spaces you can fill.
  • We will send you a letter of confirmation once we receive your deposits. 
  • One Week sites do fill so reservations are on a first-come, first served basis. We cannot guarantee or hold reservations over the phone. 
  • One Week requires 1 adult (21 or older) for every 7 youth of a specific gender.  For example a group of 21 youth will need 3 chaperones, if the group has 6 males and 15 females they will need 2-3 female chaperones and 1 male chaperone. 
  • $50.00 holds each person’s space (adults and youth). Sorry, this deposit is non-refundable at any time. However you can substitute the cancellation with a new participant.
  • REGISTRATION REFUNDS (MINUS THE $50.00 DEPOSIT) ARE AVAILABLE IF YOU CANCEL BY APRIL 1.

    • You may receive a refund of your total registration fee minus the $50 deposit or
    • You may apply your total registration fee towards your registration for another week that same summer
